Method and calculation rules
Each block includes both its run and walk segment; multiply their sum by the block count.
Display values are rounded for readability. The calculation uses the entered numbers before display rounding. Whole-unit outputs use the rounding rule stated in the method.
Know your inputs
- Blocks — Accepted range: 1 to 200 in whole numbers.
- Run minutes per block — Accepted range: 0.01 to 1000000.
- Walk minutes per block — Accepted range: 0 to 1000000.
A worked example
Illustrative inputs: Blocks: 8; Run minutes per block: 4; Walk minutes per block: 1.
Session duration: 40 min
Running fraction: 80%
Walking total: 8 min

How to use the working copy
Define a single scenario, check the units and replace each sample value that does not match it. Calculate and read all three result components, not just the most favorable number.
